
OrderWork has launched its Service Partner Recognition Programme this month, to give credit to those Service Partners who consistently provide an exceptional service.
The Service Partner Recognition Programme consists of two award types:
- Service Partner of the Quarter Award will be awarded to the Service Partner that best exemplifies our ‘Delight Customers with Great Service’ mantra.
- OrderWork Service Partners Awards will be awarded to our highest performing Service Partners.
These are based upon consistent service performance over time. The 3 tiered Service Partner Awards (Silver, Gold and Platinum) have been designed to highlight those Service Partners whom consistently deliver a strong performance with work orders. Service Partners who meet our performance criteria can now get the credit they deserve for continually meeting high service levels.
Please join me in congratulating Steve Mears (see photo top right), winner of OrderWork’s Service Partner of the Quarter for Q3, 2009 – by delivering an amazing service to customers. We pride ourselves on the high customer focus all of our service partners provide. Steve Mears, one of our 1,783 service partners, works tirelessly to ensure that customer’s needs are always met.
To be eligible for a silver, gold or platinum award Service Partners must deliver a consistent level of service over time. Our criteria for award winners includes:
- Greater than 95% positive ratings
- Less than 0.5% negative
- Have completed at least 1work order within the last 90 days
The Silver Award will be awarded to Service Partners that successfully complete 100 work orders. The Gold Award to Service Partners who have successfully reached 500 work orders, and the Platinum Award to those who complete 1,000 work orders.
OrderWork’s first job is to ‘delight customers with great service’ and our service partners exemplify this mantra on ICT projects and in consumer homes every day in the UK. We have a large number of Service Partners who have proven their dedication over the last 3+ years, and we will be identifying which Service Partners meet our awards criteria over the next few months. It is an exciting time to be an OrderWork Service Partner. Our work order volumes have doubled this year, in a down economy. OrderWork’s business is driven by the quality service delivered by our Service Partners. This awards programme is just one of the initiatives we are working on to add value to our network.
All Service Partners work orders and ratings will be evaluated over the next couple of weeks and Certificates will be dispatched before the end of 2009. I will personally be in touch with every award winner to congratulate them, and hope that I can buy you all lunch or a pint at some stage in 2010!
